Dock Loading Hoses
CavMac provide a comprehensive range of hoses for dockside and onshore applications, manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
Dock Hoses
A full range of suction and discharge hoses to BS EN 1765 : 2004 (formerly BS1435 : Part 1 : 1987). These hoses are for conveying a wide range of crude and refined oil products and petrochemicals.
LPG Transfer Hoses
A specialized design for the conveyance of low temperature LPG, manufactured to BS EN 1762 : 2003
Dump Hose Assemblies
CavMac produce a full range of dump hose assemblies for use in offshore applications.
Hose segments are available with specially reinforced end sections to accommodate additional weight from a long length vertical hose string.
Hoses segments are available in standard 12m long segments for DN250 and above.
End segments are supplied to customer specific lengths with one end plain.
Hose segments with NB200 and below are available in lengths up to 40m.
FPSO Water Uptake System
Many FPSO vessels use flexible riser systems to take on low oxygenated water from depth for use in onboard processing. CavMac have developed a range of large bore hose assemblies for use in the construction of these systems.
FPSO water uptake system hose assemblies are designed for use in the harshest environments. The hose segments are produced with specially reinforced end sections to accommodate additional weight from a long length vertical hose string. All end fittings are lined internally with rubber to protect against corrosion.
Cavmac will produce hose assemblies which are custom built to meet the project specific requirements stipulated by our customers.
Jumper Hose Assemblies
CavMac jumper hose assemblies are designed with extra high safety factors for fluid transfer on CALRAM buoy systems.
The use of Aramid fiber technology enables the construction of hose assemblies with high burst pressure ratings whilst retaining flexibility.
To facilitate maintenance change out, CavMac offer a full range of end fittings, gaskets and bolt sets. Lifting brackets can also be fitted to the hose assembly where appropriate.
Bunkering Hose Assemblies
CavMac produce a full range of softwall bunkering hose assemblies for use in offshore and onshore applications.
These hose assemblies are for delivery only and can be folded for ease of storage.
Hoses segments are available in standard 12m long segments for DN250 and above. DN200 is available in lengths up to 40m. Hose segments with NB150 and below are available in lengths up to 60m.
Drilling Mud Hose Assemblies
CavMac offer a range of hose assemblies for the safe transport of oil based drilling mud. The hoses are constructed using a heavy gauge lining of specially formulated chloroprene rubber. The lining has excellent resistance to abrasion and attack from hydrocarbon materials.

CavMac offer a wide range of custom designed hose assemblies for a variety of applications.
Sizes Available:
Bore sizes from 19mm to 152mm available in max 60m lengths
Bore size 178 to 203mm available in max 40m lengths
Bore Sizes 305mm to 508mm available in max 12m lengths
End Fittings Available:
Fittings are available in Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless and Cunifer.90/10
The fittings are available in “Weld Neck” (WN) and “Slip on Weld” (SOW) type with a complete range of flange systems.
CavMac also offer custom design of application specific fittings and attachments such as lifting lugs, concentric reducers or weld prepped ends.
Materials Available:
CavMac offers a wide range of materials to cover all applications in the oil and gas industry;
Nitrile materials for resistance to attack from petroleum based products with aromatic contents up to 50%
Viton for resistance to attack from products with aromatics contents up to 100%
Abrasion resistant nitrile materials for use with oil sludge.
Chloroprene materials for resistance to attack from sunlight, weather and seawater.
A range of reinforcing materials such as High Strength Polyester Cord, Wire Cord and Aramid Fibers is also available.
